I received EXCELLENT SERVICE: I found them knowledgeable, capable, helpful, and trustworthy- what more could one ask for. Service Mgr Todd Curling & Josh Simpson did everything they could to make my experience pleasant. They corrected the problems and repaired the car quickly, keeping me informed with updates along the way. My car needed transmission and other components. I am very satisfied with their customer service and feel if anyone wants good trustworthy service, which can be hard to come by, they go to these fellows..I know I will! -T.C., Ashburn, VA (10/28/09) Josh, in the Service department is a Treasure. Knowledgeable, honest, polite, and on time are what best characterizes the service department there. -H.T., Ashburn, VA (10/15/09) I was very pleased with the service although I have not driven my car enough since picking it up yesterday to know if there is a problem but everything seem fine. I was most please about two things: 1) my car was checked for things beyond what a brought it in for and a repair needed was discovered and made. It happened to be a repair that fell under warranty. Whether you were trying to go the extra mile it came across that way to me and I thank you. 2) I did not get there to pick up my car until near 8pm. I know service closes at 7:30. I had tried 3 times to get there to pick up my car but it has rained the last three days and the traffic tie up have been exacerbated as a result. By 7:30 each time I was not close to the dealer and I had to forfeit my attempt to pick up my car as I was not going to get there in time. Last night it was do or die. It took 2 hrs from DC. When I pulled up at 7:58 I was prepared to beg, plead whatever it took t o get my car back but it was no problem. Three people helped me! - K.J., Alexandria, VA (10/15/09) Good Morning Don Beyer Volvo I have never done this before for a business but felt compelled to write of my experience with your company. I bought a used Volvo from you 2 months ago. This was my first Volvo so obviously my first exchange with your dealership. The salesman was Shamloo Kaumbiz and if it weren't for his nature and knowledge of this automobile I can honestly say I very well might have just kicked the tires and left. You must know that he is a tremendous asset to your business. And then I had a problem with the car, which was just barely still under your warranty. Joshua Simpson in service was once again wonderful to deal with and made the experience hassle free as well as getting the ongoing problem that the original owner had complained of finally diagnosed and repaired. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon your dealership and will always direct anyone I know looking for a new vehicle your way.
